“I was born in 1995 in Uganda. At the age of 15, my journey into architectural studies began under the guidance of my cousins, Anthony Mindra and Samuel Mindra. Anthony, an accomplished architect with a Master’s Degree from Boston Architectural College, and Samuel, an architectural student at the University of Nairobi, imparted valuable knowledge during my formative years.
My educational path led me to study Quantity Surveying at the local University in Makerere. Subsequently, I continued informal architectural studies at Makerere University. Alongside my academic pursuits, I maintained a strong passion for visual arts, engaging regularly as both a painter and sculptor. This blend of technical precision from my studies and the boundless creativity of an artist has been instrumental in shaping my best works.
Over the past 7 years, I’ve dedicated myself to designing and bringing to life distinctive architectural pieces that have left a lasting impression on the Ugandan landscape. These creations have garnered attention not only from the architectural community but also from the broader public, reflecting the harmonious fusion of scientific expertise and artistic ingenuity in my work.”
